Refund Policy
This policy explains how refund requests for paid PhoenusHub subscriptions are handled.
1. Trial after access begins
Each new company has a 14-day trial when usable company access is created. No payment card is required, and the trial does not become a charge automatically. The company owner or billing administrator reviews the team, monthly or annual billing and full price before authorizing payment. Existing saved trial dates remain unchanged.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel renewal without losing the remainder of an already-paid subscription term. Existing monthly and annual subscriptions keep their agreed billing arrangements. Returning after paid access ends requires reviewing and confirming the company subscription before payment.
3. A separate 30-day refund period
For an annual membership, you may request a full refund within 30 days after payment, without giving a reason. This period is separate from the company trial. Eligibility is based on when you submit the request, not on when it is processed.
4. Requesting a refund
Email support@phoenushub.com with your account email and payment reference, if available, so we can identify the payment. No explanation for the refund is required. A refund request does not delete your business records. We will confirm the refund and the effect on subscription access separately. Duplicated, unauthorized or incorrect charges and mandatory refund rights can still be reported outside this voluntary period.
5. Paddle processing
Paddle processes subscription payments, receipts and eligible refunds as merchant of record. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and remain subject to Paddle’s transaction process. Bank and card-network processing times are outside Phoenus S.L.’s direct control.
6. Mandatory rights
This policy does not limit cancellation, withdrawal, refund, chargeback, or other rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
