Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of PhoenusHub. By creating or using a workspace, you agree to them.
1. Provider

2. The service
PhoenusHub is a subscription software suite intended for professional and business use. Included tools, limits, and functionality may vary by plan and may evolve over time. We may improve, replace, or discontinue features while taking reasonable steps to avoid unnecessary disruption to active customers.
3. Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate information, protect your account, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. A workspace may represent an individual, team, or company. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for membership, roles, lawful use, and the actions of invited users.
4. Trial
New eligible customer workspaces may receive a 14-day full-access trial without providing a payment card. A trial does not automatically become a paid subscription unless the customer chooses a plan and completes checkout. When a trial expires, paid functionality may be restricted, but the account and workspace data are not automatically deleted.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Self-serve plans have USD base prices per purchased user. Starter supports one or two users at $22 per user per month or $220 per user per year. Team supports three to ten users at $18 per user per month or $180 per user per year. Where fixed EUR prices apply, Starter is €19 per user per month or €190 per user per year, and Team is €16 per user per month or €160 per user per year. Annual pricing includes the equivalent of two months free compared with twelve monthly payments. Enterprise pricing and billing terms are agreed in a custom quote. Paddle displays and charges the fixed local price configured for your billing country where available, and the USD base price otherwise. Displayed prices include applicable tax. The final currency, tax, seat quantity, billing cycle, total, and renewal timing are shown before checkout is completed. Paddle processes subscription checkout, receipts, recurring payments, and applicable indirect tax as merchant of record. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation takes effect. Unless stated otherwise, cancellation applies at the end of the current monthly or annual billing period; unused time is not prorated or automatically refunded.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use PhoenusHub unlawfully; attempt to access another workspace; interfere with security or availability; upload malicious code; probe the service without permission; infringe third-party rights; or use the service to create, distribute, or facilitate unlawful content.
7. Customer content
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant Phoenus S.L. the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content to provide and secure the service. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and necessary permissions for customer content.
8. Our materials
PhoenusHub, its software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by Phoenus S.L. or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no ownership rights are transferred.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider outages, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect availability. Beta or experimental features may change or be withdrawn.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, material breach, or protection of other users. You may stop using the service or cancel a subscription through the available billing process. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.
11. Disclaimers and liability
PhoenusHub supports business operations but is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, legal, financial, engineering, or compliance advice. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without implied warranties and Phoenus S.L. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Governing terms and contact
Applicable mandatory law remains unaffected. Questions, complaints, or legal notices may be sent to yahala@phoenus.com. If a dispute arises, the parties should first try to resolve it in good faith.
13. Changes
We may update these terms as PhoenusHub evolves. We will provide notice of material changes where required. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
